Personal touch left me personally touched
Wrote a request in the note section when I checked out my order, thinking it would be brushed aside. To my delight, Helena kindly reached out personally and made my wish come true. Jozet had also replied to my follow-up email, and made my overall experience pleasant. I have been using my bag and charm for an entire week and they're perfect. Can't wait to get my next Songmont bag already!
