Poor communication and lack of responsibility
I had ordered AirPods Pro’s replacement left and right front section from sun sky and when it arrived the left side had defects. The left side’s proximity sensor was not working. I had contacted sales manager via WhatsApp as well as contacted sales team via email to get the left side replaced. I even shared them the video of it not working.I haven’t received any response from them it’s almost been a week since I last contacted them and haven’t received any response. They seriously need to improve their communication and customer service.
