Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered coloured contact lenses and received two lenses in completely different colours — a basic quality check should have caught this. When I contacted the company, they did nothing to fix the problem and showed zero accountability. I paid for a matching pair of lenses and instead got a useless product and dismissive customer service. If this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly advise others to avoid this company altogether
