I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with CRZ Yoga. I carefully measured myself and ordered leggings in a medium according to their size chart. When they arrived, they fit like an extra small. I contacted the company to request an exchange, but they told me my order was “final sale.” At no point during checkout or in my order summary was this made clear, which makes their policy misleading and unfair. What’s worse, instead of working with me to resolve the issue, CRZ Yoga actually suggested that I “gift the items that do not fit to friends or family members” and then purchase the correct size again before their promotion ended. In other words, their solution to inaccurate sizing was for me to spend even more money with them. This is an unacceptable business practice. Their sizing guide is inaccurate, their “final sale” terms are unclear, and their customer service is dismissive. I have filed a dispute with my bank and strongly caution others against buying from this company.
