I have purchased four printers with accessories from Creality. Their process is excellent and their customer support is great. Even though it takes time for customer support, they answer my questions and deliver any replacement parts I need to get my printers and cfs going again in the shortest amount of time. Their tutorials are very detailed and understandable. I love their livestreams where they share information and give advice on issues related to 3d printing. I will continue to purchase from them.
