I really regret the experience wih Maya. Zero service. I took an unlimited plan of 14 days and after the 3rd day, it has become very slow, and 80% with no connexion at all. Only a bot that answers. Impossible to reach someone. And when you have tried all the suggestions of the chatbot, they tell you to wait for escalation. Than nothing happens. Very frustrating.
