Prepare to have to file a fraudulent disclaim on your credit card as you’ll never receive your order
this company has no intentions of sending you your jewelry that you order. They magically can see where your order is in transit and the email that you get does not show up where your jewelry is at in the worldin ups tracking. I asked the person that I was emailing with to tell me where the location of my order was since they were able to see it, and I was not as I knew that they were just blowing smoke to try to appease the fact that I still have not received my order. My question was never answered directly, so I have already filed with my credit card company to dispute the charges as the company had no intentions of sending the jewelry. I highly advise for people to look at other reviews as well as there are people that have been arguing with this company for months about receiving orders that they have purchased. If there is a piece that you really like on here, my best recommendation would be to go to a jeweler and have it custom ordered that way you actually get the order as this is a fraudulent company.
