Billing Problems - Refund Refused
I wanted to subscribe to this platform's services for one month ($9) , but due to unclear information on their website, I was accidentally charged an annual fee ($108). Immediately after the payment was processed, I contacted their customer support, where I explained my situation and requested a refund. Their customer support provided no solution and continues to insist on keeping my money despite the fact that I do not use their services and do not intend to use them. I must state that such behavior does not align with good business practices and I consider it unprofessional. I recommend maximum caution when dealing with this platform.
