My wife bought me the Vitilan V3 bike
My wife bought me the Vitilan V3 bike. Looks like a nice bike, but right from the first time riding it the back rim and rear chain sprocket wobbled side to side like a bearing problem on the shaft. Sent a video of it and after a few days or a week we would get a reply back asking for a different video. After not being able to use it and sending multiple videos for 2 months we were offered a replacement tire, not rim. The tire had nothing to do with the wobble because even with the bike in the air the rim still wobbled side to side. Then after two and a half months the option was again just a tire or we send it back and have to pay for the shipping. We said we would part it out before having to pay shipping on something that isn’t our fault. The reply was ok. Haven’t heard anything from the company since. Worst service department we have ever dealt with. Would not recommend this bike!!
