Great printers if you know what you are doing
Not really one to write many reviews but when a company is actively doing their best to resolve a problem it needs to be acknowledged. I ordered an SV07 printer as the online reviews rated it well especially for the price. Now the printer itself is actually really good BUT only if you know how to set it up properly and understand slicer settings. Those who are after a print out of the box with no setup/settings will struggle with this. On to the customer service, I haven't had a problem and contacted them many times. 1) Was due to delayed shipping of the second part of my order, 2) I had an issue with the printing plate but again replied to every email and have offered a solution I am happy with. Can't really say much else, other than for the money I'm happy!
