Fraudster
I almost never give reviews, but I feel this is very important to convey, so that no one gets trapped again by this company's rotten plan to reap abundant profits in a naughty, fraudulent way... yes, I was cheated... twice already.. I am furiously disappointed with Traveloka! Booking seemed easy at first, but when things went wrong, their customer service was completely useless. They just keep sending template replies and avoid solving the real problem. Their app crashed, forcing me to reschedule unnecessarily, costing me extra money, time, and so much stress. I feel cheated and ignored as a customer. Traveloka promises to be a “trusted travel platform,” but their service is bullshit. After this nightmare, I will never use Traveloka again, and I strongly warn everyone to think twice before booking with them.
