It took me a while to pull the trigger on getting the Gather Bag in Ebony, but after comparing to other brands and bags and leaving it in my cart over the weekend, I finally purchased the small gather bag. I missed the promo for a free charm by one day but they kindly sent me one anyway. Upon arrival (which was already speedy), I quickly realized I would prefer the medium sized bag over the small. Songmont was happy to oblige my request to return and exchange. Customer service has been so kind and respectful through the whole process. Never rude or stuffy like other luxury brands. The bag is so gorgeous, timeless, high quality and good value for the price. I LOVE the ethos of the brand too. I am already eyeing my next two purchases.
