Should have read more reviews, so... glad that you're here. I paid WAAAY too much for the quality of item I received. While the bookshelf I ordered could be fine (at best), I also received two of seven shelves drilled incorrectly... so I can't even put the bookshelf together. Awaiting response from customer service/support and dreading what will happen.
