They come through as agreed
They come through as agreed. I've purchased 2 courses. 1 course was too large of a file for them to Extract so they simply told me to "choose another course". Given I had already paid them, I requested another course that was slightly higher in price. (me thinking they'd give me some consideration for their inability to get the previously marketed course) - nope. They had me choose an equal or lesser value course. If I were to purchase from them again - I'd first see if they are able to extract the course I want...THEN...I'd consider going through with it.
