Broad Library and Efficient Support
I've been a client for over 8 years and this company has supported me as my business ebbs and flows from weddings (at first), to business projects, and now podcasting. Not only they have what seems to be an infinite library of options, but their customer service is top notch. Recently I had an issue logging in and someone from their team pulled a magic trick and assisted me. My only thing is that I wished I could've reach out to them via phone instead of chat/email exclusively.
