Bad quality product, not original, waste of time and money
I purchased a Motorola Edge 20 Fusion screen and a Xiaomi Mi A1 screen from Sunsky (Order No. 25072851182). Sunsky claimed that the Motorola screen was original. Based on this, I took it to a repair shop in Switzerland, where the repair process began and I was charged 60 CHF for the service—repair costs are quite high here. However, the repair shop later discovered that the screen from Sunsky was not original and did not fit the phone properly, as it was slightly smaller. I recorded a video of this issue and shared it with Sunsky’s support representative, Brynn. After some follow-up, she offered a refund for the Motorola Edge 20 screen. Unfortunately, I still ended up at a loss. Sunsky only refunded the cost of the screen itself, but not the shipping fees or the 60 CHF I paid to the repair shop—costs I incurred based on Sunsky’s claim that the screen was original. Due to this experience, I also requested to return the Xiaomi screen, as I cannot afford to risk paying another 60 CHF for a potentially faulty part. Its illegal to sell item where you claim that screen is original, because of your claim i went to repair shop to repair so you are legally liable to bear this all cost. Its not faulty screen but small screen. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Sunsky.
