I would avoid ordering from this Company they can't seem to fulfil orders and don't give refunds when they can't.
I would avoid ordering from this Company. I ordered the G2 Max scooter for my son's birthday which didn't arrive. Please see my conversation with this Company. They obviously don't do REFUNDS!! And take orders they can't fulfil. ME 01/09/2025: Please can you confirm a delivery date for the above scooter? It was for my son's birthday tomorrow. I will send a free gift for your child. When I look at the order link it states the order will be shipped ASAP. All I am asking for is a full refund!! My order was 100% ordered through this Company and there has never been an issue in them locating my order number. I have just emailed them after 8 days later from their last response saying it would arrive in 1-3 business days. When I look at my order status it says will be shipped asap!! But they claim it was shipped on 09/09/2025. I have also asked for a full refund for the 5th time!!!!
