Beyond Superior Customer Service
The headphones.com customer service team provides by far the best e-commerce customer service experience I’ve ever seen. I had some frustrating issues with USPS due to a change of address near the ship date of my pre-order, and the team was amazingly responsive, understanding, and helpful. In this day and age, I also cannot express how refreshing it is to be able to reach a REAL KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON through an online chat feature within a matter of minutes. Through my email interactions I worked with at least three team members and they were uniformly awesome to interact with. I look forward to ordering from headphones.com soon, and will do so any time they stock an audio product I’m interested in.
