Great business with one opportunity for improvement
Yoycol has been great for me and has made it possible for me to start a business and make more money than I ever thought I could. The only reason I have not rated them as a 5 star company is the difficulty I have with their shipping process. I never know who will be the carrier for a package, and therefore cannot do anything about whether my customers actually get their packages in a timely manner, if at all. I have personally picked up all of the cost for lost packages so far.
