Despite having my Osko receipt confirming my deposit, they refused to credit the funds to my account. They stated they had not received the money; however, my bank confirmed that the payment had successfully gone through. The customer service has been terrible. When I requested proof that they had not received the funds, they refused to provide any. I would say this is one of the most untrustworthy online casinos I have experienced to date, and I am a big player. I would strongly advise others not to deposit here. In my experience, they have failed to honour my deposit and the customer service has been absolutely appalling.
