Great quality in both products and services
I’ve placed four orders from Songmont and I’m quite satisfied with the quality of their leather and metal parts of the bags. But recently I’m getting hesitant due to the much increased custom fees. The customer service team is very patient and considerate and finally agreed to cover 50% of the tariffs. I received my parcel only two days (I live in Honolulu) after the agreement and the seller immediately refunded me with half of my extra pay when I sent the receipt. Excellent experience with the deal. By the way, the new Yore toast bag is perfect.
