Quick response and fully assisted
My phone is broken that I could no longer access the internet connection through it. I then contacted the Jetpac through whatsapp but I felt useless as it was not much of a help. I then send an email and I received a quick response within one hour. I was assisted by Angelika to reinstall my esim on another phone, as well as to activate the pack I meant to use. She explained in details of what to do. And it works..!! I strongly recommend Jetpac!
