Unacceptable service
I enrolled my son in grade 3 full year. Paid 1900 USD (full amount for the year). Communication was great while convincing me to enrol. After enrolling I found out that in my new country distance learning is not recognised and my son has to attend school in person. At that point study did not start yet. And by the time I am writing this review it has not started. I informed international schooling about the situation and asked for refund. It has been 2 weeks. No response. Via WhatsApp I am constantly told they will contact me. They promise and disappear. This is so frustrating. Especially considering the amount of money I paid.
