Horrible experience, BUYER BEWARE
Credit card was charged $41 instead of $31 even though checkout and order confirmation email said $31. I immediately requested a full refund and order cancelation, several minutes after it was placed. There is no way to cancel online so you have to go through customer support. Customer support investigated and acknowledged the extra charge was a "system error" but refused to cancel the order, asking me to "give the item a chance." I made the request to cancel in three different emails and they still refused. They shipped the item anyway and it took over a month to arrive and was also low quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
