Refused Refund – Ignored EU Law
The scooter arrived faulty. When I tried to return it, they stalled for a week and first refused. Only after I cited German law (14-day return right) did they finally send me a return code. I returned it with proof of delivery, but they have refused to issue a refund since July. I have now had to involve a lawyer over what should have been a simple refund. This company clearly does not respect EU consumer law. I do not recommend buying from them at all.
