Customer Service was very patient with me, even though I told them I thought it was a scammer calling, to make me pay more money for a ticket that I already paid for.😂. I was very disappointed that my original flight cost was not honored, but Jim found me one that I was happy with. He was extremely patient even when I wasn’t.
