Give your customers confirmation
This was my first order with your company. I did not recieve an order confirmation, progress or updates on my order, and no further correspondence what so ever. I finally called after a week to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that it should be out of production and getting ready for shipping. I was placed in hold when I asked about a time frame. Then I was told that the order was never filled because there was no sticker paper available. When I asked why I wasn't notified, she explained that they were just given notice that day, and offered me a refund. I agreed to the refund, and was informed that I should recieve confirmation of my cancelation within an hour. It is now 29 hours later and I do not have an email confirmation nor do I have my funds returned. I will not be shopping with your company again. I understand that things happen out of your control, however you should always make sure to let your customers know when there will be a delay with their order.
