Mechanical Failure Stars Pet - Failed after 6 months
Bought two feeders late last year. Both had motorized covers lock up, starving my cats. Customer service (Alvin) pushed a useless firmware update, which failed again within 3 days. Now CS has gone completely silent. Avoid at all costs—dangerous product and zero regard for UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
