Terrible experience with Duntery. I received a dress that was clearly the wrong size, even though I followed their size guide exactly. When I tried to return it, they refused to give me a full refund — instead, they only offered 80% back, which is completely unfair. To make things worse, I had to cover all the shipping costs myself, both ways. So not only did they send me an item that didn’t fit, but I also lost money trying to return it. This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They don’t stand by their own policies and treat customers poorly. I would never order from them again — and I strongly suggest others stay away too.
