It was easy to find the item I wanted to re-order. It was the first time I order for my organization and I set-up my profile. I included the tax-exemption form but it takes a bit for the system to recognize it and I was in a hurry to place an order. The order was placed but understandably I was charged tax. I reached out and I received an immediate response, and they are working on the tax reimbursement. I am very happy with their customer service.
