Milestone gift experience ruined
Purchased a special gift for my partner for our milestone, spent $1,000 on a necklace set and matching earrings. The earrings in question lasted 4months before a stone fell out due to an improperly formed prong yet after contacting their customer service I was told its just "wear and tear" then proceeded to try and sell me a replacement at 50%. What an joke.
