Awesome experience, start to finish!
My product advisor Francis, was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and supportive through my product selection and order process. Francis called me directly to ask questions and clarify anything needed. Emails with proofs, invoices and follow-up were very timely and helpful! Working with Francis was a 5-star experience. The personalized glasses and tote bags exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and arrived sooner than promised. In this age of everything being done online, this high level of customer service was an amazing treat! I would absolutely work with Francis and Promo Direct again!!
