Decent, but not without flaws
For the most part, the experience was good. Miranda was very helpful through the whole situation. My story: first order of the shirts was lost due to UniUni. No apt number by accident on my shipping address. UniUni scheduled a reshipment, but it was lost: I order a 2nd shipment , which made it here. Reason why no 5 star is that I was initially asked to cover shipping price of the 2nd order, while geeksoutfit would pay for manufacturing cost. I pointed out that if anyone should be paying for the lost shipment, it should be uniuni, because they lost the parcel, geeksoutfit chose them as their shipping company, and uniuni does have an option for scheduling another shipment, with updated address - and option I did pursue. Thus, the fault lay in uniuni. Eventually, the shipping and manufacturing was covered my geeksoutfit, but only after pointing this out. I think in the future, geeksoutfit should cover shipping and manufacturing costs of lost shipments, if the buyer isn’t at fault. Otherwise, it’s asking to pay more money for something already bought, lost due to no fault on the buyer. Doesn’t make sense to do otherwise.
