Extremely negative experience with return
Extremely negative experience with Margovil clothing. Blasting all over social media about their product, have a special eventComing up and placed an order for 4 dresses to see which one i preferred, poor-quality clothing that doesn't match product photos, refusal to issue full refunds, and poor customer. They advise the only way that they would consider is if I took pictures of myself in their dresses to provide to them.So they could decide whether or not I would get a refund. Now I don't mind taking photos of the product with the tag on.But I am not going to take a photo of myself inside a dress that I feel uncomfortable in for a stranger. I told them absolutely not. I spent over $200 american dollars plus shipping out of Miami FL. Because they did confirm, there was a warehouse in Miami. But insisted it would have to be sent back to asia to their home company. Do not fall for their scam.
