I have been a Reddit user for over 8 years and have earned more than 10,000 karma. Until recently, I had never experienced a serious issue with the platform. About a month and a half ago, all of my posts suddenly stopped being visible to other users across every community. This appears to be some kind of account restriction or technical issue. Despite submitting an appeal and patiently waiting, I have not received a single response from Reddit’s support team. What disappoints me the most is not just the restriction itself, but the complete lack of communication. As a long-time user with a positive history on the platform, I expected at least a human response or an update on my case. A platform as large as Reddit should provide better support for loyal users. Waiting more than six weeks without any reply is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope Reddit improves its customer support and gives users a fair opportunity to resolve account issues.
