Order delivery
Order delivery - really could not find status; weird shipment track, which should be quite simple! Even more, received message that your order was shipped within an hour of me placing the order (which means you billed it). Yet, shipment took quite a while and I was unable to find status. Product is very good; happy with it, but not your customer service
