Staff is ghosting me, a seller, and I can't withdraw my $$$ earnings.
I've completed a sale and earned a large chunk of money. It was purchased via crypto, so I got BTC. I tried withdrawing my funds and the site kept spitting me an error saying I'm trying to withdraw more funds than I had. This lead me to try and contact support... What a nightmare. There is no staff in their Discord, their site live support chat logs on and doesn't reply to tickets leaving us on read. I asked a moderator on their Discord for help and he said he'd forward my issue to the staff... I've heard nothing back now from the moderator or the staff. What was once a good, reliable site is just a shell of what it used to be. You may be able to keep purchasing and selling here, but the moment you run into a problem you WILL NOT get support. I feel scammed, which is super sad to say about ro.place considering I've been selling here since 2022.
