INCORRECT INFORMATION - Zero communcation or assistance.
I followed the information on the site, which was incorrect. Fight reservations are not widely accepted at EU Schengen visa centres. I requested help to produce an invoice to aid in my application. Zero communication. I have lost over 60 pounds on applications I was rejected for. I would love a refund but let's see if I can first get a email back...
