Energized Health has been a game changer in my journey to be healthier. The program takes a natural, safe approach to losing unwanted fat. My coach- Jo- has been a wonderful cheerleader and resource during my time in the program. I am extremely happy with the results I’ve achieved so far, 15 pounds down and my tummy is flatter.
