I tried several times to get in touch with your service department, I continued to receive the same automatic email we are unable to help right now we get in contact in 24 hour. I recieved this message 6 times. I have 30 days to return this item according to policy My ordered #9200190389086511166858. It been over 6 days no respone or return lable has been send to me. According to your 30 days. I have less than 24 days now
