overall experience was average. The service was delivered on time, and the communication was decent, but the quality of the content did not fully meet my expectations. I had ordered a product description translation for my e-commerce website, and while it was completed, there were a few grammatical errors and some parts didn’t feel natural for the target audience. I think the seller has potential, but more attention to detail and proofreading is needed. Customer support was responsive, which I appreciate.
