I emailed the company after receiving Cheap Products
I emailed the company after receiving my order to let them know the fabric was not what I expected and I wanted to return my order for a refund. The material is stiff and scratchy. The print is basically an iron on. Cheap and not what I was hoping for. Here is their response: "Thanks for your quick reply. The material of the clothes is consistent with the description on our website. We accept returns, but you maybe know that our return address is in China, if you return for a refund/exchange, it is not cost-effective due to shipping fees to return the items to us will be covered fully by the customer. About 20-40 USD. If it's unwearable, you can sell it to others, give your friend or donation, and we are willing to refund you 10% of the item price ($7.19) as compensation. Do you think it's ok? If you insist on returning for refund/exchange, we will reply to you with return instruction by next email. Waiting for your reply. Thanks for your kindness. Best regards," Great news - I can't even verify their item description or their stated return policy because their website no longer works! Cheap material and horrible customer service. And now - looks to be out of business.
