VERY BAD! last time to buy from them
Well! Like all other people who are complaining! This company does NOT care about customers at all. They are active in marketing and promoting their Facebook ADs, sending you tons of SPAM emails daily. but when it is time to fulfill orders they are dead! I placed order # IP383279 on Black Friday for an amount of $165, and until this moment they didn't SHIP my order! I was stupid to choose the express shipping option (the most expensive one!!) if handling alone is taking more than 12 days! To make it even funnier! my address is in CHINA - It is where they ship from. I emailed them multiple times, and each time they will send you something like this ( I am copying pasting actual responses): 1) would like to inform you that we are currently processing your order and it will be shipped out soon. You will receive an email notification of the tracking number after the order shipped. ====== UPDATE#1: 15 December, 2025 It is been 5 days since I posted my review here. Still nothing. My order is not even shipped nor did they bother to clarify things out. In other words: NO BODY HAS CONTACTED ME AT ALL SINCE I PUBLISHED THE REVIEW. All they did is SUBMIT their chat-GPT generated response that you can see below. All you get is copy-pasteable AI content .In addition, the claim they made about refunding my shipping is a blatant lie.
