ZERO Entries, ZERO Support, Avoid This Platform I am writing this review to warn others against using Cointiply, especially their referral program. My experience with their customer support has been an utter failure, resulting in a complete loss of my time and money. The Core Issue: I successfully referred 86 users to the Cointiply platform. I even paid money for marketing to acquire these referrals, who all signed up using the correct website link. Despite all 86 referrals being visible and confirmed in my account, the corresponding contest "entries" remained at ZERO. The Support Nightmare: I opened a ticket (initially #661841, then #662533) to resolve this technical error. Over multiple weeks and several follow-up emails, the support agent consistently failed to address the problem: They initially blamed my referrals for using the wrong link, which was false. They repeatedly confirmed I have 86 referrals but refused to explain why the entries were not credited. The responses were unprofessional and provided no technical investigation or resolution. Ultimately, they simply stopped replying to my ticket altogether. Conclusion: Cointiply has demonstrated a severe lack of both technical integrity (the system failed to credit earned entries) and professional customer service. I have lost the time and money invested in acquiring referrals, and the support team offered absolutely no help. I strongly advise anyone considering using Cointiply or spending money on its referral program to look elsewhere. You risk losing your earnings with zero accountability from the support staff. Result: 86 referrals, 0 entries, 0 resolution.
