Poor customer service
I bought two rings at the end of July and by the end of September one of the major stones in the band fell out. The customer service claimed it was normal wear and tear. What type of quality are these rings if two months of wear results in losing one of the major stones? I’ve had dozens of rings for years worn daily without losing a single stone. I was offered half off which seems like a very poor offer when it’s clearly an issue with the manufacturing of the ring. Very disappointing given I’ve had the ring for two months, will no longer be a customer.
