Z Gallerie and particularly Lyka V did an amazing job on going above and beyond for me. I found myself in the precarious position of my sons breaking one the cup on our chandelier with a ball (which I may or may not have been participating in as well) to rightfully so all 3 of us feeling the wrath of my wife. Z Gallerie and their staff escalated my concern and I was able to purchase a replacement piece and get out of hot water. Forever thankful!
