Woodland Direct was late in shipping a chimney cap to me, I called them and they said it was lost in shipment, so I canceled it and bought another at Home Depot, first woodland was changing me $159 for the cap and home depot was charging me $72 for the same cap, then the cap showed up 2 days after I finished the chimney, I returned it in opened and unused, they still charged me a restocking fee to return the item which I cancelled to start with. I called their support and was told that was their policy, i stated that they couldn’t deliver the part and it was after their own rep said it was lost that I cancelled the part, she said it was delivered on the 13th according to their records, so I dug into it, it was proved by FedEx that in fact was delivered on the 17th with a picture, well they still stick by their policy even though they were proved wrong. They’re very difficult to deal with and they charged me 50 in restocking fees of a part I paid less then half at Home Depot
