But they provided excellent service from start to end, informing me when my order were shipped, when it be delivered, and refund given for one of the 2 bags I bought. even gave me a jar of cookies. 5 star service, bags were beautiful exactly what u get in the stores. You get luxury bags at a better price and better service than at the stores, wat more could u ask for.
