Incredible follow-through and great customer service.
When I placed my first order with Frootbat I expected great things, especially with really reasonable prices and free shipping. My order was only two bottles, and I was surprised when they shipped separately. The first bottle came through with no problem, and I contacted customer service after what I thought was a fairly unreasonable time to wait for the bottle. When I didn’t hear back right away, I pretty much wrote it off and thought to myself “Well I got a great price on the first bottle, with free shipping, and that’s the one I really wanted so I’m not gonna make a big deal about it.” Much than my surprise just a week ago, when I received a message from their customer service department apologizing for what they considered “dropping the ball“ on my second bottle and for some reason it just got lost in the shuffle. Then, they told me they would ship it out within three days, and as promised, three days later, the bottle showed up at my house! I will continue to include them as one of my go to vendors for my bourbon collection and recommend them to any other purchasers, young or old.
