I have been ordering products from Forever Wick for over a year now. I have enjoyed all of the products and so has my wife and daughter. This last order had a broken candle in it and I reached out to their Cares team to let them know (since I want everyone to enjoy their products safely). Within minutes of email I got a response and a friendly email conversation. Great group with great products.
